Due to the upcoming peak travel season, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused
Sales Administrator
to join our team on a
short-term contract (November 2025 - January 2026).
This role plays a key part in supporting our sales operations -- ensuring smooth customer bookings, accurate payment processing, and excellent service throughout the travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Update and record all customer payments accurately in the system, and follow up daily on outstanding balances before departure.
Handle and coordinate customer bookings -- including flights, accommodations, and related travel arrangements.
Ensure all booking forms, travel documents, and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Provide prompt and professional customer service through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, receipts, and travel documents as needed.
Maintain proper filing and records of all transactions, and prepare regular sales updates or reports for management.
Requirements
Open to fresh graduates.
Have experience in sales administration, customer service, or travel agency operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
High attention to detail, responsible, and well-organized.
Able to multitask and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
