Description1. Internal Business Processes

• Attend to alerts generated by TM System Monitoring and perform the necessary investigation on the alerts, where relevant.
• Assist supervisor in preparing the fraud / Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR) prior reporting to FIED via Financial Intelligence System (FINs).
• Ensure quality assurance to the alerts and identify suspicious transactions in Transactions Monitoring System.
• Handle and fulfilment of the business plan and Compliance initiative, whenever required.

2. Process function on Transaction Monitoring (TM) System or Other Banking System

• To participate in ad-hoc projects at the direction of the Head, AFCD or the Management.
• Recommend any process improvement on job related areas, whenever necessary.
• Prepare and provide information or documents as requested by the auditor (internal / external / regulator)
