We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contract staff to join our Finance & Accounts team for a period of six (6) months. The employee will play a key role in supporting the reconciliation process between the insurance broking system and Statements of Account (SOA). This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reconciliation and insurance accounting within a dynamic brokerage environment.
Perform reconciliation Statements of Account (SOA) against broker system records.
Verify and match transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and assist in resolving discrepancies or unmatched items.
Prepare and maintain monthly reconciliation schedules and reports.
Assist in month end reconciliation activities

Basic knowledge in accounting and reconciliation principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge in VLOOKUP is a good to have)
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive learner with positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
