Summary
Actively build strong relationships with Institute of Higher Learnings for Employer branding and talent attraction purposes, while attending to recruitment/sales, operational/administrative tasks at a 70:30 ratio respectively.


Responsibilities

• To build and maintain strong relationship with universities.
• To collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the visibility through lecture series/ sharing session and/or any other initiatives with related university faculty.
• Actively promote to universities/students (digital and non-digital platforms) including but not limited to upcoming Allianz Career Talk, overall career opportunities that includes internships, employment, and entrepreneur pathway.
• To secure exclusive partnerships for key engagement events and analyze the effectiveness of the event.
• Execute the agreed plan and follow up with universities through hosting bi-weekly meetings.
• To assist on weekly Allianz Career Talk coordination which includes Allianz Career Talk planning, career fairs, committee rotation and online event feedback form consolidation.
• Plan and coordinate all event/initiatives that drive university/student engagement and to follow up activities after the event/initiatives.
• To support, coordinate or execute operational or payment related administration tasks

Requirements

• Degreed Holder (Preferably Sales & Marketing Field)
• Preferably 2-3 working experiences (preferably engaging with universities/students)
• Small Scale Project Management Skill is an advantage
• Strong Interpersonal skills, team player and engaging with multiple stakeholders
• Good Presentation skills
