Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contractor Accounting Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru. his position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in Acumatica ERP, with the potential for career growth into a Finance ERP Specialist role. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks and later evolve into configuring Acumatica ERP along with our internal team. Responsibilities: 1) Accounting Tasks: Handle day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any accounting-related issues. Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulations. 2) Acumatica ERP Training: Undergo comprehensive training in Acumatica ERP to become proficient in its functionalities. Collaborate with the internal team to understand the specific requirements of our business processes. Tailor Acumatica ERP configurations to align with Singapore-specific financial requirements. 3) Finance ERP Specialist Development: Work closely with the Finance team to develop a deep understanding of financial processes and systems. Progressively take on responsibilities related to configuring Acumatica ERP to align with the company\'s evolving needs. 4)Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with the management team in Johor Bahru to ensure alignment with company goals and financial strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions effectively. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, including experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and regulations is a plus. Fluency in Chinese is a requirement.
