Responsible for all aspects of pre and post quantity surveying and contract administration.
Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Preparation of claims, tax invoices & verify sub-con claims.
Finalization of account with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent with 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years relevant working experience.
Willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
