Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and related documents.
Manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and procurement activities.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
Maintain systematic documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of working experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
, as this role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders locally and internationally.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
