RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.0 Procurement & Project Finance a) Show Gallery/Show Unit
Compare the proposed quotations.
Recommend the award to HOD.
- Prepare and review contract documentations including purchase order and letters of award for appointment of sub- contractors and suppliers.
Verify the claims and ensure timely progress payment to the sub-contractors and suppliers
Ensure the procurement work activities within the timeline and smooth delivery.
Submit the progress claim to the client (SDBP)
Monitor the variation order
b) Renovation (standard package, head office, management office - MA, Maya Hotel).
Prepare the quotation for owner.
Recommend the award to HOD.

2.0 NSC award for property development projects
Conduct preliminary works prior the NSC award;
i)Get the constructions drawing from the development team ii)Get the cost plan, tender report and budget from the contracts department. iii) Compare the proposed quotations from the sub-contractors and suppliers. iv) Recommend to HOD the proposed sub-contractor or supplier with the contract sum.
Arrange meeting with contracts team for handover the information in relation to the selected sub-contractors or suppliers.
3.0 Finance for Project
Prepare PR, PO
Process invoices
Prepare remind letter
Follow up with owner on the collection
Payment to the sub-contractor & supplier
REQUIREMENTS:
Familiar with project construction management, architectural & interior design (ID)
Ability to read construction drawings & layout
Understanding of cost elements in construction project
Good negotiation and time management skills in contract and procurement activities.
Exposure of market trends, i.e. pricing of materials, labour & machinery cost
Understanding of standard contract administration process and procedure
Building construction technical knowledge.
Problem solving skills
Certification in ID/Construction/Project Management
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
