Job Description

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a dedicated C&I Engineer to join our team, working on various power generation and industrial projects. You\xe2\x80\x99ll assist senior engineers, collaborate with multiple disciplines, and contribute to design, testing, and commissioning efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior engineers in project design, tender evaluations, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers, as well as vendors and construction teams.
• Assist with the preparation of engineering documents, feasibility reports, and design drawings.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, and ensuring project compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and maintaining client relationships.
• Contribute to feasibility reports and project sketches for draftspersons.
• Assist in basic calculations and design briefs under the guidance of Senior Engineers
• Participate in creating design documents like interlock diagrams, loop drawings, and material take-offs.
• Provide support to engineers at project sites, ensuring installations align with contract documents and engineering best practices.
• Assist with divisional and company-wide management tasks aimed at improving efficiency and operational effectiveness.

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Instrument & Control Engineering from an accredited college or university recognized recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM)
• Registered with BEM as a Graduate Engineer
• Must have 5- 10 years of relevant experience in C & I
• Hands on experience on Power Plant & Renewable Energy projects
• Familiarity with industrial controls & instrumentation systems.
• Have an understanding of the practical application of instrumentation and controls engineering and technology including applying systems, principles, techniques and procedures to a project design.
• Working knowledge of CAD software, either AutoCAD, Microstation or both will be an added advantage
