Job Brief

E2S is looking for an experienced Control Room Coordinator to help secure client assets through the surveillance of our CCTV, and communication network.
The Control Room Coordinator will be expected to monitor, identify, document and investigate any inconsistencies that pertain to the safety and security of employees, facilities, products, cash, property, and any other assets.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV and report any unusual activity to the Operation & Site Executive/Head of Dept.
Respond promptly to radio checks and keep accurate records of all communication.
Keep a record of any incidents and report these to the Duty Security Officer.
Monitor vehicle and staff movements via our Geolocation software.
Issue field visit related equipment to staff on the instruction of the Operations Executive / Manager.
Report any alarm activation to the Duty Security Executive/Manager/Head of Department.
Monitor the external security situation and provide the best routes and road status to company drivers.
Manage the main switchboard, answer all the calls and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
Identify and recommend changes to improve our security operations.
Any other duty as directed by the Duty Manager or Line Manager

Job Requirements:

SPM qualification

with relevant experience Excellent communication and writing skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia Knowledge of security and safety Physically fit Pleasant personality Proficient with paperwork, scheduling of staff and writing incident reports. Good with computers skill and knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Words & Excel) Possess exceptional communication skills Demonstrated rational and logical thinking; ability to creatively and quickly find solutions to problems Proven ability to manage personnel, delegate and follow-up; must be able to "multi-task" Ability to supervise a team. Security Organizations

with

min 2 years'

experience.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
