Responsible for monthly reconciliation of linehaul invoices / costings with multiple vendors
Perform analysis and prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc basis to monitor spending
Organize and schedule ad-hoc briefing to vendors (if required) whenever new implementation/process being rolled out
Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations

Requirements :

Relevant experience in driver and vendor management. Open to Fresh Graduate as well.
Proficient in using Microsoft and Google product such Google Sheets
Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Detail oriented and ability to be agile in a dynamic working space
Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 working days)
Working location: Bukit Raja Selatan, Shah Alam
