Salary : RM4,500 - RM5,500 per monthLocation: Malaysian International Aerospace Centre, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, 47200 Subang, SelangorWorking days & hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)Contract duration: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for convert to permanent subject to performance)RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible to run monthly & year-end closing for company with cost allocations, P&L & BS Reporting.

• Ensuring all companies monthly/quarterly SLA invoices are billed in a timely manner.
• Responsible to prepare monthly & year-end reporting to MD, HoDs, Central Controllers including closing decks.
• Manage, control & track operating expenses (Opex) and Capital Expenses (Capex) annual budget against actual expenses for companies.
• To extract and update monthly AH Lean Reporting.
• To support on any other adhoc request.
• Upkeep and live company values, leadership model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promoter.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree educated in Finance or Accounting, with 3-5 years post graduate work experience with reasonably good understanding on finance (accounting standard and finance methodology)
• Understands intercompany recharge processes and a working knowledge on Transfer Pricing.
• Good understanding and knowledge of relevant financetools and systems, such as SAP and MS Excel.
• Able to manage high volumes of data and present information in an impactful way, maximising the use of financial systems ie SAP / BI / BPC.
• Ability to simplify complex situations
• Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative and consultative
• Maintains excellent working relationships with all stakeholders and is a team player.
• Has the ability to prioritize and manage own workload, is resilient and open to challenge.
