Join Our Team as a Digital Retrofits & Solutions Sales Engineer

Are you passionate about driving technological advancement in the HVAC and building automation industry? In this pivotal role, you will conduct site visits to audit current control systems and identify aging HVAC/BMS controllers needing upgrades.

Your expertise will enable you to pinpoint digital gaps and propose tailored control system upgrades and service contract opportunities, transitioning clients from legacy offline systems to cutting-edge cloud-connected assets. You will maintain a detailed database to tag "AI-Ready" sites and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for Controller Upgrades and IoT Gateway installations.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will explain the necessity of these upgrades to Facility Managers and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure precise pricing. Additionally, you will serve as the integration bridge between our advanced digital offerings and the client's technical teams, demonstrating the capabilities of our cloud platform.

We require a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of three years' experience in the HVAC/building automation sector. A firm understanding of IoT, cloud, and AI technologies will be a distinct advantage. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites are mandatory.
