Advanced Client Engagement: Strengthen client relationships through superior communication, advanced problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as an expert in specific domains, such as firewall, Wi-Fi, Cyber Security, or product-agnostic solutions, offering consultation as needed. 5. Research & Development (R&D): Lead the exploration and evaluation of new products and technologies, assessing their feasibility, stability, and resiliency for potential inclusion in our solutions. 6. Implementation: Manage the design and execution of network solutions, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. 7. Expert Configuration & Deployment: Utilize advanced skills to configure and deploy essential networking components, adhering to industry best practices and customer requirements. 8. Lean Project Management: Apply expert knowledge of lean project management principles to increase customer value, eliminate waste, optimize delivery, and track revenue milestones. 9. Post Support Leadership: Guide the post-support team in addressing escalated issues and complex troubleshooting. 10. Comprehensive Asset Management: Oversee the tracking and management of organizational assets at customer sites and distribution centres, supervising license management, monitoring EOL equipment, and updating the CMDB. 11. Strategic Vendor Management: Optimize vendor relationships to enhance service quality and cost-efficiency, managing outsourcing costs and overseeing project and support expenses. 12. Operational Excellence: Lead daily operational activities to reduce administrative overhead, applying techniques such as Six Sigma and TOGAF to increase efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks in operational processes. 13. Personal Development & Growth Leadership: Pursue and encourage opportunities for skill enhancement, including certifications and training, to ensure both personal and team growth. Stay current with market demands and prepare for future technology advancements, tracking year-on-year progress. We value your skills and personality, and we\'re looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Skills-based Requirements: 1. A minimum of 5 years of network experience in a System Integrator (SI) based environment. 2. Technical certifications in any firewall product, such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, or Sophos. Cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable. 3. Additional certifications showcasing networking proficiency in areas like Load Balancers, WANO, SD-WAN, WiFi solutions, etc., are highly preferred. 4. Hands-on experience with industry-specific software, including MS Project, MS Visio, Jira, Trello, Slack, and similar tools, is strongly recommended Personality-based Requirements: 1. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and outstanding communication skills, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and independently resolve challenges. 2. Excellent interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 3.
