Conveyancing Assistant (Subsale)

1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in subsale conveyancing practice (SPA & LOAN);

2. Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Able to converse in other languages & dialects are an added advantage);

3. Able to handle SPA & LOAN files independently from beginning till end with minimal supervision;

4. Able to meet deadlines and have a pleasant working attitude;

5. Preferably someone able to work long term; and

6. Assist conveyancing lawyer in other related clerical conveyancing matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
