\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing and loan matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle property / real estate / sales & purchase agreements \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare legal case file & status report \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison with land registors, banks, developers, and related parties \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide secretarial / administrative support to lawyer \xe2\x80\xa2 File opening procedures, conflicts check, clients detail entry, record management, and attend to clients enquiries via phones or email * JOB REQUIREMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Min SPM qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Good organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimum supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer Literate \xe2\x80\xa2 Conversant in English
