Prepare, file, and manage legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Ensure proper indexing and filing of documents in physical and digital formats.
Assist lawyers in the preparation of cases by gathering necessary information and documentation.
Maintain an organized record of all case files and ensure they are up-to-date.
File documents at court registries and ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
Arrange for the service of legal documents to relevant parties.
Communicate with clients to schedule appointments, follow up on case progress, and provide updates as directed by lawyers.
Handle initial client inquiries and provide basic information about litigation processes.
Prepare sale and purchase agreements, transfer forms, and other relevant conveyancing documents.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all conveyancing paperwork
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related area
Must be computer literate and possess good communication skills
