Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. To handle & complete conveyancing matters (Subsale, Loan, Perfection, Discharge/DRR etc)

2. To liaise with clients, bankers/ agents, developers and various government bodies

3. To monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences, preparing status report

Qualifications and Requirements:



1. Experience in handling conveyancing matters pfor

at least TWO (2) years



2. Able to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision, and able to work as a team

3. Hardworking and responsible - able to complete tasks within the timeline

4. Having good communication skills and a positive attitude

5. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu language

6. Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel

7. Immediate availability is preferable.
