Assist lawyers in the preparation, filing, and management of conveyancing documents (SPA, loan documents, MOT/Deed of Assignment, CKHT forms, consent applications, and related instruments).
Handle land office submissions, bank portals, developer liaison, and relevant e-filing systems.
Monitor timelines for stamping, registration, loan release, redemption, and completion dates.
Liaise with clients, banks/financiers, developers, land offices, and relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate filing systems, tracking sheets, and completion records for all conveyancing files.
Perform other clerical and administrative tasks incidental to conveyancing work.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent.
No prior experience required (basic training will be provided).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, e-filing, and basic computer skills.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
