\xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field in a law firm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conveyancing candidates should be able to handle Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentations, Perfection, Discharge and other conveyancing matters (Subsale & Project) and other contracts as well as oversee financing facility documentation without, or with limited, assistance and supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates MUST be independent workers with great integrity, eagerness, optimism and energy to be able to complete responsibilities competently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who are not interested in improving their legal craft should refrain from applying for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who exhibit no eagerness in honing their legal skills should not waste their time by applying for a position. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years working experience in related field. However, fresh graduates encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English/Bahasa Malaysia.
