1. Conveyancing Clerk :
Proficient in MS Office.
Able to monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status to all relevant parties. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Guidance will be provided by partners/lawyers in the firm.
Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.
Required to assist the Conveyancing Department on the Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation.
Assist to do online filing with LHDN / Land Offices.
To assist in handling legal documents in matters of Project, sub-sales, loan, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer, and other conveyancing matters independently.
2. Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience dealing with residential and commercial development projects and loans.
Language spoken & written: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification.
Skills: Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and Typewriter.
