Job Description
No of Pax: 2 Pax
Job Reqeuirements:
- Preferably with a year experience in handling conveyancing matters and dealing with banks
- Team player
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage but not required.
- To assist lawyer in conveyancing matters
- Ensuring that all transactions meet their legal obligations.
- Filing and registering all legal paperwork for property transfer.
- Informing clients on the progress of their transactions while professionally answering their inquiries.
- From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Monday to Friday
- RM1500 - RM1800 (based on experience)
- Attractive remuneration
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS
- Bonus package based on performance.
