Conveyancing Clerk (law Firm)

Job Description

This position is open only for those with conveyancing working experience in a law firm. The suitable candidate must be able to: * handle independently Sale & Purchase Agreements (both Developer\'s & sub-sales, Loan documents, Transfer & Charge under the supervision of a lawyer * keep proper records & filings * communicate with developers, buyers, bankers & customers * use Microsoft Word & Excel * file documents methodically (hardcopies & by scanning), & closes files * prepare emails & letters in reply to clients * prepare bills and to collect * perform office routine activities Job Requirements * Candidate must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related working experience in a law firm, specifically banking and conveyancing. * Competence in usage of MS-Word and MS-Excel.
