Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle

sale & purchase agreements (SPA)

, sub-sale, direct developer, and loan documentation. Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing all

conveyancing documents

(letters, forms, statutory documents). Liaise with

clients, bankers, property agents, developers, land office, and government agencies

. Monitor and follow up on

loan approvals, documentation progress, stamping, registration

, and key timelines. Ensure all documents are

properly executed, submitted, and filed

. Prepare

billing, invoices, receipts

, and handle simple administrative tasks. Maintain accurate case files and update progress in the system. Assist lawyers with

attending to clients

, scheduling signings, and coordination work. Ensure all conveyancing processes comply with

legal and regulatory requirements

. Perform any other related tasks assigned by the lawyer/firm.

Requirements:



Spm, Stpm and Diploma Good communication skills (Malay & English). Able to work independently, organized, and attentive to details. Familiar with conveyancing processes & timelines is a plus. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
