Job Description

Maintaining proper administration of files;

Compiling, maintaining & updating the firm's records and database ;
Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and in liaising with clients and relevant authorities;
Handling any other administrative duties assigned from time to time by the firm.
Requirements

A Diploma holder or equivalent;
Below 35 years of age;
Possesses a good and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Team-player, diligent and have a good working attitude;
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
Computer literate;
Good command of Malay & English;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Possess own transport;
Able to start immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
