Job Responsibilities :

Handle conveyancing matters include sale and purchase agreement (project & sub-sales), loan documentation, tenancy agreement and others Assist lawyer in handling all legal matters, documents and letters whenever required. Attend to client, update client, follow up closely the files has been assigned and files status report. To assist partner/ lawyer in conveyancing matters
Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least SPM & Diploma At least 2-5 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidate must be able to work independently, hardworking, responsible, committed, systematic, initiative, organized, meticulous and good team player in a team. Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude. Must be computer literate with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Must have experienced in SPA & Bank Loan

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
