Qualifications and Requirements:
Preferably 3-5years experiences
?Preparing and handling sale and purchase transactions, loan documentations as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection of charge/transfer, discharge of charge, etc.
?Liaise with clients, bankers and government authorities
?Able to work independently and complete the task assigned until the whole process
