1. To manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both sub-sale and projects) and ensuring all transactions meet their legal obligations
2. To handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and re-financing
3. Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents
4. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents and other parties involved in the transaction
5. Advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters and attend signing with clients
6. Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies/agencies and related parties
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations
8. Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files
9. Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time
