Minimum LL.B from recognized university
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Able to handle conveyancing procedure for Sale and Purchase Agreement, Sub-Sales and all other related conveyancing procedure
High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and result oriented
Conveyancing Clerk:
Candidates must possess at least SPM
Must be familiar with sub sale, loan documentation
Liaising with clients and other general clerical duties
Good spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
Able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
