Job Description

Responsibilities

1) Draft and review Sale & Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Banking/Financing documentation.
2) Manage developer and sub-sale conveyancing transactions, from document preparation to completion.
3) Conduct legal research and provide advisory on property-related matters.
4) Liaise with clients, bankers, developers and government authorities to ensure smooth, timely transactions.
5) Stay informed of legal and regulatory developments related to property and land law.

Requirements

1) LL.B (Hons) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
2) At least 6 years of experience in conveyancing.
3) Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
4) Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional language skills will be an advantage).
5) Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
