Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in law and possess a valid Practising Certificate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work experience: At least 2 years of working experience in as a legal associate in a conveyancing department or corporate commercial department of a law firm \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong coordination and interpersonal skill \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing SPA for project / sub-sales, loan, and other conveyancing files until completion / commercial agreement. Ghazi & Lim is a partnership formed in August 1992 and is a legal firm practising nationwide in Malaysia in all disciplines and aspects of Malaysian legal practice. Presently we have 36 lawyers, thirteen of whom are partners, and more than 130 support staff operating from our offices in Penang, Seberang Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.
