- Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
- Familiar with banking documentations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
- Degree holder of LLB.
- At least with 2 years experience in sub-sale and conveyancing.
- Able to Handle SPA and loan files for Sub-sales.
- Dedicated and responsible towards her job.
- Able to monitor file by his / her own.
