Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
Familiar with banking documentations.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
Handle SPA and Bank Loan documentation for project
Liaise with all parties including agents, bankers, developers, lawyers and government officials etc.
Monitor work progress closely and update work progress to all relevant parties
Perform other tasks as and when required
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
Attend clients, correspondences, preparing the status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time
Advices clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances and contracts.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Law/ Legal Studies and possessed a valid Practicing Certificate.
At least with 2 years experience in sub-sale and conveyancing. However, fresh graduate is welcomed.
Able to Handle SPA and loan files for Sub-sales.
Dedicated and responsible towards her job.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently under minimum supervision
Attractive salary + commission package.
