Scope of Work and requirements:

To handle sub-sale , loan (including company loan) and other conveyancing matters.
Provide legal advice, anticipate, and guard clients against legal risks.
Able liase with banker, agent, client and various government bodies.
Attending signing with client.
Candidate must possess with Bachelor in Law and at least with 1 year and above of practice.
Systematic, can think outside the box, meticulous, and can work independently and team work.
Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
Salary to the above position : From RM 2,300.00 to RM2,500.00 per month
