Job Description

Job Scope :

1. Prepare and cook Arab/Western Cuisine essp the main dish; Nasi Arab and Western Grill set.

2. Able to do simple costing on the pricing and minimize food cost.

3. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, prep area, all chiller/freezer and dry store.

4. To have good communication and carry great interpersonal skill with other team members.

5. Handle market list ordering and receiving upon arrival of all product checking.

6. Able to conduct ON JOB TRAINING as and when needed to down line.

7. Upgrade skill and knowledge as you progress for career development.

8. Ensure the health and food safety standard are maintained. Report if any hazards arises immediately.

9. Adhere to company procedure and policies.

10. Able to work long hours and not being calculative (when needed )

11. To have good rapport with all team members and lead by example for your down line.

Break Hours : 3pm-5pm
