Requirements
Job Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Culinary or other related courses
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product development processes
Knowledge in retort processing technology will be an added advantage
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems
Team player and good communication skill
Responsibilities
:-
Prepare and cook food products according to approved standard recipes and production specifications.
Carry out cooking processes in bulk production in accordance with the production schedule.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture and product quality for every batch produced.
Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP requirements.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, equipment cleanliness and work area sanitation.
Complete and maintain required production records, cooking logs, temperature records, and cleaning checklists accurately.
Inspect raw materials prior to use to ensure quality, freshness and compliance with specifications.
Control raw material usage to minimize wastage and ensure efficient stock utilization.
Report any raw material shortage, quality issues, or discrepancies to the supervisor or relevant department.
