- Must possess at least SPM
- Experience working in kitchen
- Basic culinary knowledge & skills
- Willing to work weekends & selected Public Holidays
- Customer service oriented
- Able to multitask & work under pressure
- Handle daily kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen hygiene
- Assist the Chef in preparing the food for the daily operation
- Wash and clean the raw materials like vegetables and meat
- Prepare sauces for the daily operations
- Assist in cooking simple food
- Clean the kitchen when necessary and at the end of the day
