Requirements
Responsible for preparing food according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and service quality. This role also involves assisting in front-line duties, ensuring customers are served promptly and professionally to provide a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
A. Kitchen Operations

• Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.o Ensure food is prepared efficiently, maintaining taste, quality, and hygiene.o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas.o Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating stock to ensure freshness.o Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations (as per KKM/KKM FOSIM requirements).o Monitor and report any equipment malfunction or shortage of ingredients to the supervisor.

B. Frontline / Crew Duties

• Take and serve customer orders promptly and accurately.o Handle POS system, payments, and receipts where required.o Ensure customer areas (dining tables, counters, etc.) are kept clean and tidy.o Support customer service by being courteous, responsive, and professional at all times.o Assist in packing food and beverages for takeaway or delivery orders.

C. General & Team Responsibilities

• Follow company SOPs, service standards, and hygiene procedures.o Maintain a high level of personal grooming and punctuality.o Support team members during peak hours and assist in other operational tasks when needed.o Participate in team briefings, training, and meetings.o Uphold company image and values through professionalism and teamwork.
