34546 NC-C(M50)M \xe2\x80\x93 Cook (Chinese Cuisine) Salary Range: SGD$2500 \xe2\x80\x93 SGD$2800 (depend experience) Working Hours: 44 hours per week (depend on the shift arrangement) (Company operate hours: 6am-6pm) Rest Day: 1 day (weekday) Working Location: Admiralty, Singapore Company Background: Local flavors and international favorites catering of buffet, bento boxes and packed meals for a working lunch.
:
- Assist the head chef by chopping vegetables and washing food items
- Ensure kitchen equipment and appliances are ready for use
- Always maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Gather food ingredients from the refrigerator or freezer as required by the chef
- Ensure food is stored away properly when not in use
- Study the menu and prepare ingredients ahead of schedule
- Learn about the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen
Requirements & Remarks:
- Experience working as a Chinese Cuisine Kitchen cook in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with general kitchen equipment and appliances
- Must agree to sign contract with company
