- Preferably Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction Industry
- Able speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Solid knowledge of M&E systems for Commercial and Industrial building
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Able to work in demanding and fast-paced environment
- Project Selangor Shah Alam., Terengganu and Temerloh Pahang
- To prepare and coordinate M&E-related works and relevant documents (e.g. Shop drawings, Coordination drawing, As Built drawing, method statements, materials, samples, work progress, etc.)
- Handle checks and inspections of M&E installations on site, ensure tasks are completed on time
- Take part in all site meetings related to project operations and coordination
- Assist and advise the project manager on all M&E matters
