About the location: Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Hotel will also offer an executive lounge for business travelers, a serene spa, wellness-focused fitness centre and rooftop infinity pool offering panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur\xe2\x80\x99s endless skyline. Lush landscaping around the rooftop pool and terrace will create an urban oasis, echoing the greenery of the KLCC Park below.

Coordinator - F&B Sales

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Coordinator - F&B Sales. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons.

The responsibilities of Coordinator - F&B Sales includes:-

Be able to handle all telephone or email inquiries and ensure all information data could be delivered timely and correctly.

The Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience and manages the office.

Good product knowledge of membership card information and hotel facilities. Be able to conduct hotel tour with client

Collect and register the guest information. Ensure all application form is fully completed. Proper explanation is given if there exists any discrepancy

Maintain a good relationship with customers by providing an excellent after sale service to improve the renewal rate of the membership card.

Deliver the latest F&B promotion information to customers in time and follow on the reservation, payment and other related work.

Concern on all the demand change trend and feedback of customer, analysis the reason and provide according advice to Project Director and Sales Manager and Administrative Manager.

Assist in the distributions of relevant hotel information to clients when required.

Ensures the activities / events Log book is being accurately maintained.

Maintains good relationship with the other department and provides all necessary assistance when required.

Ensure that a professional and appropriate image is projected at all times while on duty.

Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the Food and Beverage Division Operations and speak Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
