Job Responsibilities
Support high-potential sellers throughout the onboarding process.
Manage tickets, emails, live chats, and inbound/outbound calls.
Assist sellers in account creation, campaign registration, community onboarding, and marketing activities.
Guide sellers to complete operational requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
Requirements
? Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/support/telesales/account management.
? Strong empathy and ability to handle sensitive issues calmly.
? Excellent verbal & written communication.
? Familiar with SLA and customer satisfaction metrics.
? Proficient with CRM tools and office software.
? Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM, strong accuracy needed for onboarding progress
updates and communication documentation. Candidate will undergo typing test.
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English, Malay, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
