Troubleshooting and solve technical problem of RICOH copier machine to ensure maximum Customer Satisfaction (Trouble-shoot, repair & maintenance of multifunction copiers at customer premises)
Provide service and parts replacement for the customers.
Responsible to perform maintenance & service tasks for customer in assigned territory
