To ensure success in this role, you will need :

Write marketing content for above the line & below the line advertising, including blogs, website, articles, direct mail, brochure, newsprint and social media.

Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.

Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase company web traffic.

Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

Work hand-in-hand with marketing team to develop highly targeted storytelling content that impactful and engaging to audiences.

Proofread, edit and polish the content to improve readability.

Update website content as needed.

Coordinate with designer to illustrate articles.

Job Requirements

This role requires someone who is :

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or other related field.

Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proven content writing experience.

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics (will be an added advantage).

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
