We are a small but growing executive search/ headhunter located in Subang Jaya. In line with our company's expansion, we are currently looking for an Intern to work as a Copywriter & Recruitment Support Intern.
Responsibilities:
1. Write compelling copy to highlight the strengths of job applicants, to maximize their opportunity to get a job.
2. Understand the job scope of a given vacancy and the client's requirements.
3. Position candidates correctly by focusing on the relevant parts of a candidate's experience and ensure that this is communicated attractively to the client.
4. Edit CVs, ensure that the info on the CVs are complete and the content on the CV is customized for a particular job.
5. Communicate with clients by sending out edited CVs with a short Executive Summary and arrange for interviews, if the candidates are shortlisted.
6. Liaise with Recruiters & clients to coordinate interviews, until a vacancy is closed.
7. Onboard new Recruiters and staff who join the company by sending out agreements, arranging for training, creating email IDs and providing access to the company's systems.
8. Bill clients & send reminders to clients if they have not paid.
9. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for government agencies.
10. Perform basic IT systems admin & support such as creating email IDs, adding & deleting users, etc.
11. Records management & proper filling.
12. Updating organization charts.
13. Pay suppliers & recruiters.
14. Attend & host selected interviews on behalf of the Director.
15. Assist the Director in some personal errands to save his time.
16. Send out certificates to Recruiters who have completed their training.
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma or above in Advertising, Mass Communication or related field.
2. Language: Must have an A for English at SPM level and at least Band 4 at MUET level.
3. Candidates must be able to write well and have at least 1 year of copywriting experience.
4. Candidates ideally should be flexible, adaptable, supportive, proactive, willing to pick-up new skills and must have a strong sense of urgency.
