Why does this job exist and why is it critical Lead development of network support system strategy roadmap and architecture to ensure business with a cost-effective, programmable and full automation capabilities network support system. Ensure network support system can provide full programmability, network slicing, new product/solution support, integrate to Service Orchestrator and Service Order Management and Network Function Virtualisation Orchestration for integrated network and customer experience. What are you accountable for Development of network operation support system (OSS) technology strategies, architecture and system evolution. Working with SME to develop long term strategy of network operation support system for mobile and fixed networks, service platform and other network services. Identify, evaluate & enhance appropriate tools to improve cost efficiency and meet business requirement. Investigation of current usage of network data and recommend improvement and additional usage in relation to network capability and customer experience. Identify business opportunities from data analytics. Accountable to assess/evaluate new technologies for network operation support system & technology eco-system tracking Lead new business opportunities exploration and evaluation. Formulate views on opportunities and threat to Maxis business and recommend what\'s possible Lead assessment and tracking of incumbent and potential vendor network operation support system roadmaps to ensure compatibility with Maxis mid to long term technological and business requirements maintain constant solution and architectural benchmark with available alternatives in the market to ensure solution / architectural competitiveness. Identification and recommendation of improvement area for service delivery cost optimization, user experience enhancement, operational efficiency and potential business opportunities from intelligent consolidation and analysis of network data from various data sources. What do you need to have for this role Bachelors Degree. Specialised in: BSc in Computer Science, BSc in Electronics Engineering, BSc in Electrical Engineering or BSc in Telecommunication or equivalent Total Work Experience: 7 to 10 years Total Relevant Experience: 7 to 10 years in mobile telecommunications Strong technical knowledge in Network Support Systems, Operation Support Systems, including Customer Experience Management, Service Assurance, Service Management, Fulfilment, Service Order Management, Service Orchestration, Inventory, etc. with excellent knowledge of TM Forum standards, data analytics skill and strong overall understanding of all sources of network data (EMS, PMS, CDR, Probe system, etc.). Possesses balanced holistic strategic view from technical, business, financial and marketing perspective. Strong data analytical and technical solution ability. Possesses excellent data analytical skill, ability to translate business requirement to technical solution, good knowledge in network programming, automation and orchestration.
