Position: Core People Services Specialist

Company Industry: Oil & Gas
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Mode: Flexible (60/40) | First 2 months required to be in office for training
Working Location: Tower 5, Avenue 7, The Horizon, Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Working Duration: 12 Months Contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration: Salary up to RM5,200 (Based on experience & qualification) statutory contribution & leave entitlement.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Degree in human resources management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant previous experience in HRSS, SSC
  • Must have 2 years\' experience in shared service.
  • Must have breadth and depth across the local regulatory requirements and able to provide professional advice.
  • Candidate must have cut off experience.
Key Accountability
  • Understand the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant Businesses, as well as the internal processes.
  • Provide support to employee and organisation as and when required and respond to inbound queries.
  • Ensure employee and organisation data integrity is maintained during workforce administration processing, following data management processes and procedures
  • Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for offer & onboarding, employee personal and job-related data service requests.
  • Deliver record/document image management services according to agreed performance target and statutory legal, fiscal, or regulatory obligations.
  • Work closely with other Specialists within Services and Solutions in resolving operational issues, understanding processes while ensuring that overall operational objectives are met, ideas shared, and lessons learnt
  • Investigate, liaise, and resolve issues involving multiple systems and stakeholders in support of the resolution business escalations.
  • Work collaboratively with other regions to identify, raise, and apply continuous improvements to services, ensuring the Standard Operating Procedures are updated and maintained on the relevant site
  • Support acceptance testing for Services and Solutions technology changes
  • Willingness to support ad hoc business and Services & Solutions project work as required

Technical Capability
  • Breadth and depth across the local regulatory requirements and able to provide professional advice and act as a coach to others in most of the areas
  • Prior experience in HR Shared Service / service centre in a multi-national organisation
  • Developing specific technical capability and experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, and organisational development and effectiveness (including coaching, organisation design, facilitation, and team development)
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality customer experience
  • Analytical thinking -able to quickly and effectively generate and analyse arrange of data to provide accurate and timely information to inform business decisions
  • Digital fluency - not only comfortable and competent using technology to enable and enhance ways of working and thinking, also comfortable in the wider digital environment and the interface with business transformation including people, processes and data driven actions.
  • Risk Management - acts with high level of integrity and respect for data privacy
  • Takes steps to mitigate against risks in this space and knows when to escalate any concerns.

  • Works well independently and as a member of the team, proactively providing support to colleague
