Job Description

Responsibilities (Account Management Team):



Handle multiple database processing & system administrations. Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in systems. New client account and benefits setup. Ensure all membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement are timely and accurately maintained in our core member system within agreed Turn-around time (TAT). Timely acknowledgement to our client(s) email on membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement. Generating reporting for internal & external stakeholders. Handle phone/email queries from clients and able to provide clear and effective solutions. Support administrative works such as filling, copying, distributing, scanning, collates general information etc.

Requirements:



At least a Diploma in computer science/IT or related certifications At least 3 years of relevant experience Passion for service and strong team player Able to work independently under minimal supervision Converse fluently in English Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words/ MS Excel) Diligent, able to multi-task and a strong sense of accountability Comfortable to handle big data set in excel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
