1) Preparing all legal letters when needed
2) Provide legal advice to the company to promote and safeguard company\'s interests
3) Ensure compliance with local laws, by-laws & regulations
4) Drafting all company\'s contracts with third parties
5) Preparing Sales and Purchase Agreements and Tenancy Agreements for customers
6) To ensure a sound knowledge of company\'s contracts and provide advice when contractual issues arise
7) Assist in managing corporate secretarial functions and ensure compliance with various applicable local laws, guidelines and policies
8) Manage the confidentiality of company statutory documents e.g. board resolutions, minutes of meeting, etc...
9) Drafting all correspondences for the various departments to ensure that all correspondences are in line with any applicable local laws
10) Ensure that all operations and activities are conducted in line with all regulatory requirements, internal policies and standards of good business practice.
11) To liaise with company lawyers on legal matters which may arise from time to time
12) Perform other functions as needed by Management from time to time
