Provide customer service at the consular counter and public waiting area
Attend to incoming calls and emails in Mission\xe2\x80\x99s generic email account by providing answers to standard enquiries or directing calls/emails to the appropriate staff for follow up
Coordinate the setup, delivery and serving of food and beverages for Mission\xe2\x80\x99s events, large and small, at Mission or at external locations Procurement and Vendor Management
Assist to source and collate price quotations for procurement exercises
Maintain adequate stock of office equipment, stationery, refreshment and emergency supplies
Assist HBS in fixed assets management and undertaking the annual fixed assets verification exercise
Liaise with the security system vendor in ad hoc maintenance for Mission\xe2\x80\x99s security systems
Liaise with info-comms service providers for land lines, broadband Internet, mobile phone services and cable TV subscriptions
Liaise with vehicle servicing centres for the servicing, maintenance and repair for Mission\xe2\x80\x99s official cars
Liaise with hotels and serviced-apartments in Johor on corporate rates, booking of rooms and function halls for events
Liaise with the building management on all aspects of the tenancy agreement, including routine maintenance, fire safety checks, air-con servicing, carpet cleaning, mechanical and electrical system upgrading etc.
Assist HBS in obtaining vendors\xe2\x80\x99 information for security vetting General Administration
Perform bank-in duties for revenue collections
